No. During the course, we recommend to completely give up drinking alcohol, cause it affects the outcome of the program.

Can I eat fewer calories than calculated on a calorie calculator?

No, this will slow the metabolism and delay the achievement of the goal.

If I broke the food plan, do I need to limit myself to the rest of the day / tomorrow?
